When should I arrive at LSI Europe '26?

The welcome reception kicks off on the afternoon of September 28. To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving the afternoon of September 27 or the morning of September 28 so you're settled in and ready to network right from the start.

Our final day of programming and networking concludes on Thursday, October 1, with the Farewell Reception and entertainment. Stay through Friday to enjoy the full day on Thursday.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes access to all days of the event (September 28 - October 1), all sessions, meals, networking receptions, and the partnering platform.

Where can I book my hotel?

You can book your stay through our partner hotels at exclusive rates for LSI Europe '26. Availability is limited, so we recommend reserving early. Book your hotel here.

How do I log in to the LSI Partnering App?

Login credentials will be emailed to you about 30 days before LSI Europe '26. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it, forgot your password, or are having trouble logging in, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Welcome Reception at Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya

This will be a night to remember. We're kicking off LSI Europe ‘26 at MNAC for our Welcome Reception. Food, drinks, and the perfect backdrop to kick off the week in Barcelona.

Your registration includes complimentary meals throughout the event. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served on September 29, September 30, and October 1, with additional food and drink served on September 28 during the Welcome Reception.

Passport

EU, EEA and Swiss travellers

A valid national ID card or passport is enough.

All other travelers

A passport issued within the last 10 years and valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.

Entry Requirements

Visa

Visa-exempt nationals (US, UK, Canada, Australia and others) may stay up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Everyone else needs a Schengen short-stay visa from a Spanish consulate: exteriores.gob.es

At the border

The EU Entry/Exit System records your fingerprints and photo instead of stamping your passport. ETIAS is not live yet — it is expected in late 2026 and required from around April 2027: travel-europe.europa.eu/etias

App Access and Login

The LSI App is your portal to connect with attendees, plan your schedule, and access real-time event updates.

Log-in details will be sent via email about 30 days before the event. You'll need your username and confirmation code to access the platform.

Inside the app, you can:

View and filter the attendee list
Schedule one-on-one and group meetings
Send messages and connect with attendees ahead of time
Build your attendee profile and upload relevant materials
Browse the full agenda and bookmark sessions
